Bicycle invented in Korea?

 

Koreans invented the Bicycle?

A New York Times article form 1904 where Koreans take credit for inventing the bicycle 700 years ago!  Oddly enough according to Wikipedia a sketch of the bicycle-like machine was made by Gian Giacomo Caprotti, a student of Leonard da Vinci.
