Legislation in Scotland: Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Bill went into effect April 1, 2024.  In essence is an anti-free speech law hiding behind claiming it is to suppress hate speech.  

Attempting to eliminate hate speech, the law eliminates free speech.  If anyone feels another person’s speech is insulting, charges can be filed.  Scotland has established 411 snitch centers.  As reported in The Spectator:   

“The sex shop in question is an LGBTQ-friendly establishment in Glasgow’s Merchant City. It is a ‘third-party reporting centre’ set up by Police Scotland to make it easier to accuse someone of hate crime. There will be 411 of these snitching centres across Scotland located everywhere from mushroom farms to caravan sites. Trans activists across the land will be able to accuse JK Rowling, 24/7, of being a transphobe.”

Apparently snitching is in Scotland’s history.  Bill O’Reilly’s book: “Killing the Witches,” notes this early Scottish snitching.  In the 1500’s people snitched on others as being a witch, and one accused was burned at the stake.    

Sad part the United Kingdom (Scotland is a part of) is the birthplace of the Magna Carta.  This document protected many freedoms and used by America’s Found Fathers.  Now freedoms are under assault in part of the United Kingdom.

Between 1910 and 1945, the Korean peninsular was part of Japan.  During this period Japan elevated the standard of living in Korea from the middle ages to the current modern era.  Part of an effort to beautify areas of the peninsular, the Japanese planted Cherry Blossom trees, Sakura trees (桜, 桜の花). 

An article appearing on the front page of The New York Times, March 30, 2024 issue, titled:

“Japanese Cherry Blossoms Ruffle South Korea.”

Apparently some in South Korea find the trees offensive and want to replace them with a Korean variety Cherry tree.  In the article a Mr. Shin is quoted as claiming they do not plan to cut down the trees.  Only replace them “when they near the end of their roughly 60-year life span.” 

Really?  Those trees are near a hundred years old, well past the “60-year life span.”  There are Cherry Blossom trees in Japan over 1,000 years old.  In addition, the Cherry Blossom trees gifted to the USA from Japan, on the Potomac River in Washington, DC, are over 100 years old.

Jessica Tarlov accused Mr. Bobulinski of being paid by questionable sources.  She received a letter from Mr. Bobulinski’s lawyers demanding a retraction.  The next day looking like a deer in the headlights, and looking like reading from a teleprompter, Jessica issued some sort of a correction / retraction.  Subsequently she received notification of being sued for deformation.

Perhaps Fox News should have been sued instead of Jessica.

South Korea’s Christian population is around 27%.  Ireland’s Christian population around 75%.  Yet South Korean Harvard students are in touch with their Christianity.  Jesus Christ was Jewish.  Thus, is if one claims to be Christian and hate Jews, they also hate Jesus Christ.  How can one hate Jesus Christ and claim to be a Christian?

Pro Life supporters praying outside an abortion clinic.  Democrat Joe Biden Justice Department is seeking to have them imprisoned for eleven years.  Conservatives in the USA, face injustice.

The Supreme Court ruled Rode vs Wade unconstitutional.  Thus, placing the abortion issue to the states as per the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  The conservative justices then had to address protestors outside their homes.  It is a clear violation of Federal Law prohibiting protesting outside the homes of Supreme Court Justices.  Biden’s Justice Department has not made any arrest.

Times Square, Manhattan, City of New York:  Around eight illegal migrants from Venezuela, beat up two New York City police officers.  As of this writing five of the eight have been arrested.  Within hours, the five were released without bail.  New York City, a Democratic Party run city.

 Nikki Haley is currently seeking the Republican nomination to run for president.  In a recent television interview, Governor Haley claimed to have been the victim of racism in South Carolina.  Stating she grew up in a small town, teased because of her brown skin.

 Huh?  So, the racist in South Carolina elected her to the South Carolina House of Representatives.  Then those racists elected her to be the governor of South Carolina.  Is that what racist do?

Sports Illustrated has gone woke, and now broke.  Previous issues featured plus-size women in swimsuits on the cover.  Their 2023 Swimsuit issue, featured on the cover, a man masquerading as a woman.  So went Bud Light, went Sports Illustrated, lessons learned. 

Sports Illustrated announced massive layoffs.  Go woke, go broke.

Supreme Courts enables the invasion of the USA

Joe Biden and the Democratic Party surrendered the Southern Border to the Mexican cartels.  Causing an invasion of millions of illegal migrants taking advantage of no border.  Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott sent the Texas National Guard to protect the state from the Biden inspired invasion. 

The Governor invoking Article 4, Section 4, of the United States Constitution:

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

Shelby Park, in Eagle Pass, Texas.  Joe’s immigration was using this park to welcome the invaders and send them throughout the USA to deplete resource in many Democrats run cities.  The Texas National

Guard threw out Immigration workers from the park. 

The Guard then placed barriers and razor wire along the Texas bank of the Rio Grande River.  Joe Biden then challenged Texas in the U.S. Supreme Court.  The Court then ruled five to four, the razor wire must be removed from the boarder.  

The border is in the middle of the Rio Grande River, not on the Texas side of the River.  Hence the razor wire on the Texas side of the River is not on the border which is in the middle of the River.

John Roberts vacillates between adhering to the Constitution, to voiding it.

Amy Coney Barrett surrendered to the mob.  The mob that has been demonstrating in front of her home over the Abortion issue decision.  Most likely fearing continued mobs if agreed with Texas.  In other words, rule of law by the mob.

Ketanji Brown Jackson, too stupid to interpret the Constitution.  Remember during her confirmation hearings she claimed she could not state what a woman is, because she is not a biologist.  Now we know she is also not a Constructionist.

As of January 23, 2024, 2PM:  The Texas National Guard refused to allow Immigration into the park to remove the razor wire.  The Guard continues to be placing razor wire on the Texas side of the river.
