Trump Alien Enemies Act 1798
At a recent rally, President Trump
announced “Operation Aurora” to start on January 20, 2025. He will be invoking the Alien Enemies Act of
1798. It was an act signed into law by
the second President John Adams (a signature of the Declaration of Independence
in 1776, making him a Founding Father).
Illegal aliens who committed violent will be deported per provisions in the Act. The Alien Enemies Act and its subsequent revisions was used by Democrat President Franklin Roosevelt to intern American citizens with a Japanese heritage, born in the USA, at the start of World War Two. It was challenged in the Supreme Court and upheld as constitutional.

“ That it shall be lawful for the
President of the United States at any time during the continuance of this act,
to order all such aliens as he shall judge dangerous to the peace and safety of
the United States, or shall have reasonable grounds to suspect are concerned in
any treasonable or secret machinations against the government thereof, to
depart out of the territory of the United States,…”
