Currently in Taiji, Japan a group of Sea Shepherd’s Cove Guardian are there harassing the locals concerning the dolphin activity in the village.  The Cove Guardians constitute a makeup of smug, self-righteous round-eye racist from the West and Australia.  Note:  The dolphins captured in Taiji are either sold to mariners around the globe, or used for food production where hardly any of the product is wasted. 

Also Sea Shepherd is in the Southern Ocean violating a U.S. Court injunction and harassing the Japanese whalers.  Once again the vast majority of Sea Shepherd’s crew is made up of round-eyed racist from the West and Australia.  Note:  The whales captured the product is used for food production, hardly any waste. 

See the point here?  Japanese using the products capture from the sea for food, no waste to mention.  Now examine the shark fin issue:  Sharks are captured, once on the boat still alive their fins are sliced off.  With no fins and alive the shark is then tossed back into the ocean.  Once in the ocean the finless shark drops to the bottom unable to swim to die a slow, painful, miserable death.  Purely barbaric. 

The majority of this activity takes place in Mexican and Chinese waters- where is Sea Shepherd?  It is obvious the cowards of Sea Shepherd fear going into Mexican and Chinese waters to interfere with this barbarism.  However there is a safer way to interfere that they ignore.  They ignore it because it does not involve Japan and will deprive them of demonstrating their hate for the Japanese people.

Remember a number of the Cove Guardians and Sea Shepherd crewmen are Australian.  In Australia many Chinese restaurants serve SHARK FIN SOUP.  How come these Australian members of Sea Shepherd are not standing in front of these shark fin soup restaurants with their arms crossed in self-righteous condemnation of this barbaric soup?  Simple answer:  They do not hate the Chinese, they only hate the Japanese.  Standing and protesting in front of a Chinese restaurant in no way illustrates their pure evil hate towards the people of Japan.        

Further proof Sea Shepherd’s dual purpose is to manifest their hate for Japan, the Japanese people, and to get suckers / emotional wrecks to part with their money.

America lost

This channel at one time was dedicated mainly to America issues, however of late not that many.  Reason being a developed aversion due to the results of the past presidential elections in November, of 2012. 

President Obama being elected in 2008 could have been rationalized due to its historical aspect and after eight years of vilifying President Bush, Republicans, and conservatives by the American news media, academia, and the perverts in Hollywood.

The 2012 presidential election President Obama gets reelected after four disastrous years in office.  The day after the election many conservatives, patriots, and people of faith woke up in a fetal position in total shock with the results.  Not so much that President Obama got reelected, but for the reason it happened, why it happened, and how it happened.  All illustrating America lost in the last election.  The America as created with founding principles is the America that lost.  The free-loaders, extreme liberals, socialist, and hate-America crowd won. 

Subconsciously the desire to post American related videos also took a hit on this channel.  The America we see today is the result of forty years of political correctness and liberal destructive policies.  It will take another forty years to bring America back to its founding.  This channel will not be around in forty years, however will enjoy the road traveling towards that goal.

Sea Shepherd injunction violated

December, 2012 the United States Circuit Court of Appeals issues an injunction restricting Sea Shepherd’s activities in relation to the Japanese whaling mariners.  The injunction resulted from a request asked of the court by Japan’s Institute of Cetacean Research, the ICR. 

The injunction prohibits Sea Shepherd from entering within five-hundred yards of the Japanese whaling vessels.  After the injunction was issued Sea Shepherd claimed the injunction was invalid / ineffective because:

1 - A U.S. court has no jurisdiction in the Southern Ocean

2 – Sea Shepherd’s rust bucket garbage scows are not registered in the USA placing them out of reach of a U.S. court injunction.  The four vessels:  Bob Barker, Sam Simon, Steve Irwin, Brigitte Bardot.

After all of Sea Shepherd’s bravado in reference to the injunction, two months later their flea-face Scott announced they were requesting the United States Supreme Court to reverse the injunction.

If a U.S. court, according to Sea Shepherd has no jurisdiction in the Southern Ocean or over the four rust bucket garbage scows, then why did Sea Shepherd request the reversal of the injunction? 

Valentine Day, February 14, 2013:  The United States Supreme Court rejected Sea Shepherd’s request, the injunction remains in place.

The very next day Sea Shepherd’s rust bucket garbage scow with Cabin Boy, Peter Helmethead aboard broke the injunction and sailed well within the 500 yard limit.  When Sea Shepherd actively and purposely violated the injunction, they started to judicial clock to start ticking.

The Institute of Cetacean Research – ICR can now take that video to the Secretary of State for the State of Washington, where Sea Shepherd had their organizational chartered issued, and get it revoked for violating a court ordered injunction.  An injunction that was upheld by the United States Supreme Court.  Once the state chartered is revoked then their IRS tax-exempt status gets revoked.

the Ady Gil

The floating circus of Sea Shepherd led by Pope Paul the Watson (the wanted fugitive leader of Sea Shepherd, also known as Captain Kangaroo, Admiral Beauregard Watson, and the Paulrus) is being sued and is also suing.  All this law suing involves their one-time vessel or not their one-time vessel the Ady Gil. 

In the first ring of the circus is Pete Bethune suing Sea Shepherd / fugitive Watson for $500,000 owed to him for the Ady Gil.    

In the second ring of the circus Mr. Ady Gil is suing Sea Shepherd for abandoning the Ady Gil in the Southern Ocean.  Mr. Ady Gil donated the money to purchase the vessel.

 In the third ring Sea Shepherd is suing The Institute of Cetacean Research – ICR, for what they claim the Japanese whaling vessel ramming their vessel the Ady Gil.

Problem with the act in the third circus ring:  In a communique dated August 28, 2012, fugitive Watson wrote:

“The crew was recruited by Pete Bethune to help man his vessel, the Ady Gil, and were not Sea Shepherd crewmembers”

If according the Watson on August 28, 2012 the Ady Gil belonged to Pete Bethune and not Sea Shepherd, how can he sue the ICR for damage to a vessel now owned by Sea Shepherd?

Currently there are anywhere from twenty to thirty of Sea Shepherd’s Cove Guardians in Taiji, Japan infesting the area with fleas, tics, lice, bed bugs, and yeast infections.  This infestation is being done hidden behind their stated goal of stopping the dolphin activity in Taiji.  They claim by videoing and photographing what happens to the dolphins it would bring world-wide condemnation upon Taiji and Japan hoping to translate that into a money loss for both. 

The 20 or 30 Cove Guardians are there doing the work 2 or 3 can accomplish.  So with 20 or 30 of them there, they are dropping a lot of money into the local economy:  car rental, gasoline, hotel rooms, and food.  All this is rather expensive for 2 or 3 however now multiply the cost by 20 to 30. 

What is interesting is this year there are more Cove Guardians in Taiji than in years past and also more captured dolphins than in years past.  Huh?  How is that? 

The save the dolphin thugs moan Taiji should stop their dolphin activity and instead promote a dolphin watching tourist industry.  Guess what?  Taiji already has a vibrant dolphin watching tourist industry with 20 to 30 Cove Guardians standing at the water’s edge, arms crossed, watching the dolphins.  Taiji is making plenty of money off the Cove Guardians while making plenty of money from the bountiful dolphin harvest.  The good people of Taiji are enjoying the best of both.  Can we say thanks to the Cove Guardians?  Or how about thanks to one particular Cove Guardian?

Cove Guardian Melissa on her Facebook page claims to be an animal communicator (see link below).  Could it be the bountiful dolphin harvest is due to dolphins from all over the Pacific Ocean swimming to Taiji to hear what Melissa has to communicate to them? 

Could it be Melissa is calling them to Taiji so they can be captured, and Sea Shepherd / Cove Guardians can get graphic, dramatic videos, live-stream, and photographs aimed to tug at the hearts and wallets of emotional wrecks around the world?

In either case the bountiful dolphin capture has to be related to this animal communicator.  How come she does not communicate to the dolphins to swim away from Taiji, or when once caught to jump over the nets?  Simple answer:  No dolphins in Taiji mean no dramatic video and photographs which means no money from suckers around the worlds.

There you can view the Cove Guardians behaving with a smug, self-righteous attitude alluding to they are superior to the people of Japan.  The narrator on the live-stream can be heard bemoaning synthetic sympathy for the plight of the dolphins.

On their Facebook page you can read the pretend pain and suffering these foreigners experience while documenting for the world the dolphin activity in Taiji, Japan.  Their posted descriptions of these photographs are followed by comments of pain and torment, sprinkled with pure hate by their memorized supporters.

1 – The fishermen of Taiji for capturing the dolphins?

Happy Valentine Day to Sea Shepherd

The United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an injunction against Sea Shepherd.  The injunction restricted Sea Shepherd from sailing within 500 yards of the Japanese whaling fleet.

Sea Shepherd replied by stating the U.S. Court has no jurisdiction in the Southern Ocean.  Also stated three of their vessels, the Bob Barker, Steve Irwin, and Sam Simon are not registered in the USA, thus they do not fall within the jurisdiction of the U.S. Court. 

If that is so, then how come Sea Shepherd filed with the United States Supreme Court to reverse the injunction placed by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals?
