Where is the third language?
A sign in a church parking lot urges people to deposit spent
gum in the provided receptacle. The sign
is written in English and Spanish and that is the problem. Because it is not written in the third
language of STUPID.
Look on the ground around the sign / gum receptacle and you
will see spent gum on the pavement.
People totally oblivious to the sign but most likely just STUPID.
