Here is a message I received via Facebook from a “save-the-dolphin, anti-whaler” type:

“Whales are highly complex animals, and suffer excruciating pain when they're inhumanly harpooned, yet you have the absolute arrogance to make fun of people who try and stop them? How can you look into a cetacean's eyes and not feel any kind of an emotion when its life is being tortured by human beings who just don't care for it at all? We're not the only species living on this planet Tony. Either you're with me or against me the choice is yours but I'm warning you not to make the wrong one or I guarantee you'll end up regretting it. Think I'm wrong? Well think again. Besides mankind has no quarrel with nature just like an ant has no quarrel with a boot.”

Here was my reply:

“Hello Bradley,

Thank you for your hateful and threatening message, as it continued to support the negative image projected by your type.

Face it any animal slaughtered for food feels pain.  So by your emotional measurement we should not eat anything that has life be it animal or plants, because all have feelings.  So are you telling me you survive by eating rocks and sand?

China and Russia challenging Japan again

Recently Japan elected a new Prime Minister from the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan – LDP.  Prime Minister Shinzo Abe newly elected is a conservative.  Mr. Abe offered to engage in talks with China, and with Russia in reference to disputed islands.  Here is how the Chinese and Russians responded after the Prime Minister’s offer:

Senkaku Islands owned and occupied by Japan.  The commies in China claim these islands and recently have been violating Japanese territorial waters with military vessels.  On January 30, 2013 a Chinese warship locked weapon radar on a Japanese warship, which is a hostile action.  For the short history of the Senkaku Islands dispute see video link below.

Kuril Islands were stolen from Japan by the Soviets (USSR – communist) after World War Two and are currently occupied by the Russians.  Recently Russian war planes violated Japanese airspace.  For a short history of the Kuril Islands dispute see the video link below.

Prime Minister Abe plans to request Japan to modify Article 9.  Article 9 in the Japanese constitution added after World War Two restricts Japan’s ability to engage in military activities.  He also plans to spend more money on the Japanese military.  Because of China and Russia’s aggressive hostile reply to the Prime Minister’s request to talk, the Japanese Samurai spirit has been reinvigorated.

Basically China and Russia assisted the Prime Minister in his goal to convince the people of Japan an increase military budget and a revisit of Article 9 is needed. 

To China and Russia:  Domo arigato gozaimasu !!!     

Japan has a formable military and can easily challenge the aggression from China and Russia.  China’s only military experience is killing their own unarmed people in Tibet and East Turkistan (Xinjiang).  The Russian military recently when they invaded the European nation of Georgia in 2008 (during the summer Olympics in Beijing) shocked the world with the lack of professionalism and chaos by the Russians. 

While Japan has been training with the United States military a combat experienced armed force.  Any nuclear deterrent imagined by China and Russian nuclear weapons has been neutralized by a recent revelation.  President Ronald Reagan sold Japan weapons grade plutonium allowing Japan to develop enough to surpass the nuclear weapons of China, India, and Pakistan combined.     

China and Russia need to remember the beating they took from Japan during the First Sino-Japanese War (1894 – 1895), and the Russo-Japanese War (1904-1905).  History has a terrible habit of repeating.

Violence Against Women Act rape in Egypt okay

The United States Senate (upper house of the United States Congress) is discussing the Violence Against Women Act.  An article by the Associated Press (AP) appeared in The Dallas Morning News (DMN) addressing the issue.  In the same edition appeared another article by the Associated Press about hard-liner clerics in Egypt condone the rape of women.

Understand this:  It is NEVER acceptable to engage in a sexual activity with a woman who says NO.  No means no and under no circumstances is it acceptable to have sex with a woman against her will / approval.  Only a beast would do that and condone that.

Three examples of bias in the American news media.

The Dallas Morning News reported the Catholic Church (Hospital) in Colorado acknowledged a fetus is not a human.  The Dallas Morning News failed to print the rest of the story.  It had to do with a Catholic hospital in Colorado being sued for the wrongful death of two babies in the womb prior to birth.  Colorado law does not recognize a fetus as a human until birth.  So the Catholic Hospital quoted Colorado law questioning how they can be sued for wrongful death when the babies died prior to birth and per the law were not human.

The Obama administration issued a memo giving them the legal right to eliminate terrorists without due process including an American citizen.  Yet no outcry by the media.  However all during President Bush’s eight years the news media kept bemoaning the loss of liberties under the Patriot Act.  Basically if a Republican is in the White House listening to phone conversation between Americans and known terrorist overseas, that media screams American liberties being violated.  Then when a Democrat is in the White House making it legal to murder Americans, basic silence by the media.

The Dallas Morning News published an editorial finding fault with certain affluent zip codes the children have a greater success record in education as oppose to children in poorer zip codes.  The editorial seems to think to fix this inequity more money is needed in poorer zip code schools.  Nowhere in the editorial was it mentioned the poor zip codes suffer from a lack of two parent families as oppose to the affluent zip codes.  Political correctness would not permit the newspaper to mention the poor family unit as the cause.

Why does Sea Shepherd allow the dolphin activity in Taiji, Japan?

Sea Shepherd has a sub-group the Cove Guardians in Taiji, Japan.  Their mission is to record and broadcast to the world what they claim are the horrors of dolphin activity in Taiji.  They live-stream what takes place in Taiji:

There you can view the Cove Guardians behaving with a smug, self-righteous attitude alluding to they are superior to the people of Japan.  The narrator on the live-stream can be heard bemoaning synthetic sympathy for the plight of the dolphins.

On their Facebook page you can read the pretend pain and suffering these foreigners experience while documenting for the world the dolphin activity in Taiji, Japan.  Their posted descriptions of these photographs are followed by comments of pain and torment, sprinkled with pure hate by their memorized supporters.

The problem here is Sea Shepherd has the ability to prevent the dolphin activity in Taiji; however they do nothing to stop it.  One of their Cove Guardian members is a young lady named Melissa.  On Melissa’s Facebook page she announces she is a:

 “Professional Animal Communicator and Psychic Medium, able to bridge the gap of communications between Humans and Animals and the Living and Deceased.”

By Melissa’s own words she has the ability to communicate with the dolphins. 

1 – Then how come Melissa does not communicate with the dolphins to swim away from Taiji?

2 – When the dolphins are captured and held behind nets, how come Melissa does not communicate with the dolphins to jump over the nets and swim to freedom?

Perhaps Sea Shepherd needs the dolphin activity to take place in Taiji to maintain a valuable source of income to Sea Shepherd through the donations from emotional wrecks around the world.  Melissa’s silence in not communicating with the dolphins can only be interpreted as her desire to maintain this activity that she, Sea Shepherd, and their supports claim is barbaric. 

The question you should be asking is:  Who is committing the true barbaric activity in Taiji? 

1 – The fishermen of Taiji for capturing the dolphins?
2 – Melissa for not communicating freedom to the dolphins?

Returning flags to Japan

 

Returning flags to Japan

During World War Two it was the custom in Japan for family and friends to write on the white background of the Japanese flags words of inspiration and present the flag to soldiers departing for battle.

After a battle many of these flags were removed from the bodies by Americans and kept as souvenirs.  Many men of the World War Two generation are elderly and passing on.  The relatives going through the items belonging to these deceased veterans are coming across the Japanese flags known as Hinomaru Yosegaki.  Many are being sold on eBay. 

The families of the Japanese soldiers having nothing of their departed relatives see these flags as a connection to their deceased relatives.  These flags have a special, spiritual connection and the families would like to have the flags returned.  If you have one of these flags perhaps you would think about returning the flag to Japan. 

Shun in Japan is willing to help facilitate this transfer.  Please take a photograph of the flag and email the photograph to him.  Shun will read the inscription to determine the soldier’s name and hometown.  After making contact with the family, arrangements can be made to return the flag to the family.

Many nations around the world absolutely hate the USA, both their governments and their people.  The people of Japan do like America and Americans, probably more so than any other populace.  Japan is a trusted friend and ally to the USA.  Returning these flags will show the friendship is appreciated and respected.

Sea Shepherd announced they located a Japanese whaling vessel then claimed victory in saving whales and the success of the Zero Tolerance campaign.

Problem:  Sea Shepherd did not locate the Japanese, the Japanese located Sea Shepherd.  Basically the hunter became the hunted.  Cabin Boy’s vessel the Bob Barker who boasted locating the Japanese vessel was chased by the Japanese vessel.  The Bob Barker and the Steve Irwin joined the Sam Simon in the safety of Australian waters.  All feared being followed by the Japanese vessel.  The hunters became the hunted.    

Once the bullies were in the safety of the Australian waters they then claimed Japan was being aggressive (see Sea Shepherd’s lunatic ranting in the link below).  Pope Paul the Watson stated he was on the Steve Irwin to document the campaign.  Does that mean he is in Australian waters without being arrested by the Australian authorities?  Are the Australian authorities ignoring the two INTERPOL arrest warrants?   

Where is the video?  Where are the photographs?  To date Sea Shepherd has produced only one photograph which has not been authenticated.  Either produce photographs and / or videos, or shut up.

What is amazing is the bias Australian News Media reporting this story as fact without any attempt at getting a confirmation.  No need for confirmation because the Australian News Media believes everything his holiness Pope Paul the Watson says.
