A geography lesson for Sea Shepherd’s Watson

In early December, 2017 Criminal Cosplay Watson the Horrible on his Facebook  noted he was unable to travel internationally.  He claimed it was because Japan issued an arrest warrant for him through Interpol.  A few weeks later on Facebook appeared a photograph of him in the Caribbean island nation of Dominica.

Huh?  How did he travel to another nation if he is not allowed to travel internationally?  Does he think Dominica is the 51^st state within the USA?  He is currently living in the USA state of Vermont, traveling to Dominica from there is international travel.  Perhaps along with a lecture on honesty he needs a geography lesson.
