China rocket failure

Recently China launched two rockets and both failed.  Was that the result of stolen technology, a TEMU purchase or a combination of both?

This was China's Shijian 32 satellite launch mission.

Venezuela Nicolas Maduro greeted a delegation from China.  Within a day an American delegation arrived to take Mr. and Mrs. Maduro to the U.S.A. to face charges. 

Trump did that

China’s Xi Jinping demanded Maduro be released.  Then admonished the USA for “…violating other countries sovereignty….”  Oh, just like China imposing land disputes with numerous nations in and around Asia?  How about when the commies invaded Tibet and East Turkestan (Xinjiang)?
