Hooray for France, boo for the USA?

Within twenty-four hours of the savage attack upon Paris, France, French jets were in the air bombing ISIS strategic sites in Syria.  Good work on the part of the French for their quick response.

The United States provided the French with the location of ISIS sites to eliminate.  Hooray for the USA?  No, boo for the USA.  That means the United States knew of these locations prior to the savages attacking Paris, France, so why did the USA not eliminate those sites prior to the Paris attacks?

In the immediate aftermath of the savage attacks by cowards upon Paris, France’s President Francois Hollande true to his oath of office announced France will be merciless in their pursuit of these savage murders and their supporters. 

Within twenty-four hours French jets bombed ISIS locations in Syria.  As soon as the savages attacked Paris, the French locked down their borders.  Now contrast that to the USA when on September 11^th, 2001 no borders were locked down, but erased. 

Maybe one day in the USA we will get a president who understands and maintains fidelity to his or her oath of office.
