Texas and other states are declaring their sovereignty per our 10th Amendment

Could this be the first salvo to free the states of the oppressive federal government which continually ignores the 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution?

Many states have passed or have pending resolutions declaring their sovereignty and Texas is taking a strong stance with pending resolution HCR 50. Here is the ignored 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Recently the governor of Texas, Governor Rick Perry as stated his support of state sovereignty and around 28 states have passed similar resolutions. This happening as over 700 cities plan to have tea parties (tea party) on tax day, April 15th.

Somali pirates, President Obama, and the subsequent video

A few days ago I posted a video berating President Obama for not calling in military action to resolve the Somali pirate hostage situation with Captain Richard Phillips. I basically admonished the President for not authorizing the use of the United States Navy Seals. I stated if he did so, I would have to post a subsequent video to correct the earlier video. Well here is that video to salute President Barack Obama, the U.S. Navy Seals, the American military, and Captain Richard Phillips.

Somali pirates beholding to Democrats for neutering the U.S. Navy

Somali pirates hold an American sea Captain hostage are holding off the U.S. Navy, the mightiest navy in the history of this planet. This is being done by four or five pirates with an American merchant sea captain being held hostage in a dingy.

The American merchant ship Maersk Arun of the Maersk Line, registered out of Virginia was pirated off the Horn of Africa, Somalia. The crew managed to regain control of the ship, while the pirates spirited off to a dingy taking the American captain hostage.

U.S. Navy ship, USS Bainbridge, named after United States Navy officer, Captain William Bainbridge. Captain Bainbridge was captain of the USS Philadelphia in 1803 in an attack upon the Barbary pirates in Tripoli. Captain Bainbridge was captured and President Thomas Jefferson sent in the U.S. Marines who rescued the captain. This led to the insertion of the line in the Marine Corps hymn, to the shores of Tripoli.

Captain Richard Philips now being held a few days as hostage can see the U.S warship off in the distance. He attempts to escape by jumping off the dingy and swimming away. The captain most likely thought a U.S. Navy Seal team would be in the water to rescue him. However the captain must have forgotten that Democrats now ran the Congress and The White House, meaning there would be no military attempt at a rescue. The captain was recaptured.

The Obama administration answer was to send in an FBI hostage negotiation team, thus treating this as a criminal action instead of a hostile action as noted by the Roman law, Hostis Humani Generis (enemies of the human race). President Obama refused to address the issue when asked at a news conference. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton cackled about it during a news conference and referred to the actions of the pirates as criminals. Meaning they plan to address this in a court of law instead of at the business end of a bullet.

While the U.S. Navy has its hands tied by the Democrats, the Somali pirates are rushing in other ships to the area with hostages taken from other ships. Thus raising the intensity of the situation and making it difficult for any military rescue. Just what the Obama administration and Democrats must have been praying for.

Look up in the sky; it is a North Korean rocket !

The world worried about a rocket or missile launch and kept the pressure on the Hermit Kingdom (North Korea) to cancel the launch. The U.S. Navy deployed ships in the Sea of Japan. The Japan Self Defense Forces (JSDF) prepared their patriot missile interceptor, and readied their nation.

The communist in North Korea launch their rocket it soars over the U.S. Navy in the Sea of Japan, over the nation of Japan, and crashes in the Pacific. The launch was met with no response from the U.S. Navy, the JSDF patriot missile batteries, and allowed to soar. Once again politicians saber rattle, while keeping their militaries silent.

On the day of the commie launch, President Barack Obama announced his desire to reduce nuclear warheads, if not outright reduction to zero. While the outlaw nations of North Korean, Iran, and Syria attempt to acquire nuclear weapons, President Obama wants to eliminate the U.S.s arsenal of such weapons.

A decoy to foil the Japanese whale hunt?

Hollywood thespian Darryl Hannah, Sea Shepherd, and Greenpeace have united with noted confectioner maker of the Easter marshmallow candy Peeps to foil the Japanese whale hunt. The plan is to create a life size whale made of Peeps candy marshmallow and drop in the area of the Japanese whale hunt. The hope is the whalers will harpoon the decoy candy whale instead of a live whale.

Of course they are not concerned about the health risk to other sea life which might nibble on this huge hunk of candy. The ingredients of which are: corn syrup, gelatin, tartrazine, potassium sorbate, and carnauba wax.
