Save the SAVE Act

The SAVE Act (Safeguard American Voter Eligibility) is facing controversy.  The Act provides to vote in an America election; one must prove citizenship.  Republicans favor it, Democrats are against it.  Because it would disenfranchise illegal aliens / non-citizens, the Democrat Party anchor.

Thus, the debate has consumed the news media and social media.  Both sides should get together and pass it.  Once passed it will be challenged and work its way to the Supreme Court.  Once there, it will be ruled unconstitutional. 

Citizens in the U.S.A. think they have a Representative Democracy / Republic.  Ha ha ha ha.  Truth is those elected do not run the nation.  The country is ruled by federal judges and bureaucrats.  They will decide if the SAVE Act is Constitutional, not the people, nor their elected representatives. 

The United States being a constitutional federal representative democracy is a joke.  Can you say “oligarchy?”

Pro Life supporters praying outside an abortion clinic.  Democrat Joe Biden Justice Department is seeking to have them imprisoned for eleven years.  Conservatives in the USA, face injustice.

The Supreme Court ruled Rode vs Wade unconstitutional.  Thus, placing the abortion issue to the states as per the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  The conservative justices then had to address protestors outside their homes.  It is a clear violation of Federal Law prohibiting protesting outside the homes of Supreme Court Justices.  Biden’s Justice Department has not made any arrest.

Times Square, Manhattan, City of New York:  Around eight illegal migrants from Venezuela, beat up two New York City police officers.  As of this writing five of the eight have been arrested.  Within hours, the five were released without bail.  New York City, a Democratic Party run city.

Joe Biden and the Democratic Party surrendered the Southern Border to the Mexican cartels.  Causing an invasion of millions of illegal migrants taking advantage of no border.  Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott sent the Texas National Guard to protect the state from the Biden inspired invasion. 

The Governor invoking Article 4, Section 4, of the United States Constitution:

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

Shelby Park, in Eagle Pass, Texas.  Joe’s immigration was using this park to welcome the invaders and send them throughout the USA to deplete resource in many Democrats run cities.  The Texas National

Guard threw out Immigration workers from the park. 

The Guard then placed barriers and razor wire along the Texas bank of the Rio Grande River.  Joe Biden then challenged Texas in the U.S. Supreme Court.  The Court then ruled five to four, the razor wire must be removed from the boarder.  

The border is in the middle of the Rio Grande River, not on the Texas side of the River.  Hence the razor wire on the Texas side of the River is not on the border which is in the middle of the River.

Ketanji Brown Jackson

John Roberts vacillates between adhering to the Constitution, to voiding it.

Amy Coney Barrett surrendered to the mob.  The mob that has been demonstrating in front of her home over the Abortion issue decision.  Most likely fearing continued mobs if agreed with Texas.  In other words, rule of law by the mob.

Ketanji Brown Jackson, too stupid to interpret the Constitution.  Remember during her confirmation hearings she claimed she could not state what a woman is, because she is not a biologist.  Now we know she is also not a Constructionist.

Brett Kavanaugh

As of January 23, 2024, 2PM:  The Texas National Guard refused to allow Immigration into the park to remove the razor wire.  The Guard continues to be placing razor wire on the Texas side of the river.
