Fire Extinguisher a tale of two countries
Tokyo one of the largest cities in the world. At the Yasukuni Shrine, outside a trailer for smokers, sit two fire extinguishers. Both of which are not attached anywhere or secured. They are just place on the ground for anyone to take, but no one does.
Now in Texas a gas station fire extinguisher is locked in a case. What good is that without a key?
