Filipino Duterte kidnapped in Manila by the ICC

Filipino Duterte kidnapped in Manila

by the ICC

Former president of the Philippines, 80-year-old Rodrigo Roa Duterte, was arrested by the ICC (International Criminal Court) in Manila, with complicity by the Philippine government.

He was illegally transported to the Netherlands, incarcerated in European ICC dungeon.  How does that happen when the Philippines is NOT a member of the ICC?

He is charged with murder, rape, and torture.  Are those crimes not illegal in the Philippines?  Are murder, rape, and torture not a crime in the Philippines?  Why was he not arrested in the Philippines and charged?

Did the commies in China instigate the Philippines government to allow the ICC to arrest him for revenge?  Remember when he was president he allowed the U.S.A. access to additional military bases, due to China’s belligerent behavior in the South China Sea.

In an attempt to shine world light on this illegal activity, Japan’s Colonel Shun-san has addressed this issue to the United Nations Human Rights Council, in Geneva, Switzerland.
