The United States Army Corps of Engineers (bureaucrats) is draining Lake Lanier, which is the main source of water for the city of Atlanta, in the state of Georgia. Thus leaving the people of Atlanta with about a 90 day supply of water. The lake is being drained to allow mollusks or mollusks down stream to survey. Because they are an endangered species.
