Justin Bieber murder plot

Popular entertainer Justin Bieber was at the center of a plot to assassinate him, and then castrate him.  Thank God the plot was foiled.

Reprobate Mark Staake was in a prison in Vermont.  While in prison he met Dana Martin.  Dana Martin was in prison serving two life sentences for the rape and murder of a fifteen year old girl, DeAndra Florucci.

Dana Martin conspired with Mark Staake to murder / castrate Justin Bieber upon his release from the Vermont prison.  Mark Staake released from prison meets up with his nephew Tanner Ruane and conspires to murder Mr. Bieber after a sold out concern at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

States (in green) without the death penalty

Vermont is one of a few USA states that do not enjoy the death penalty for murderers.  Had the murderer / rapist been put-down, the murder plot would have never been hatched.
