Change the video quality

All my videos uploaded in the last few years have been HD.  However recently when they post they post at a lower quality rate of either 240p or 360p. 

This can easily be corrected.  On the lower right of the screen is an icon resembling a gear. 

- Click on it, and another box will appear.

- There you can enhance the video quality by selecting either 720p or 1080p.
- If you select 1080p, please do so only if you have a fast Internet connection.   
- The preferred method to maintain a good quality is to go to “account settings.”
- Then click on “playback.”
- Then check “Always choose the best quality for my connection and player size.”
- Undernet that click on “Always play HD on fullscreen (when available).
- Top right click “save.”

For some obscure reason this setting does not remain for me.
