Rush Limbaugh offends the Chinese? So says who?
Commie leader Hu Jintao received a gala welcome from the Obama regime at The White House. During Mr. Jintao’s visit, he made some type of speech in Chinese. Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh parodied the speech. During this comedy routine Mr. Limbaugh for about twenty seconds then proceeded to have fun with some interpret as the Chinese language.
In politically sensitive America riddled with political correctness, Democratic and leftist interest groups seized upon this as an opportunity to criticize Rush Limbaugh. Claiming what Mr. Limbaugh did was an affront to the Chinese people.
Where was this outcry when Hillary Clinton (Democrat) remarked seeing Mohandas Gandhi at a convenience store? How come the silence by these interest groups when Vice President Joe Biden (Democrat) remarked how convenience stores employ people from India?
Then of course what about Hollywood’s constant attack upon Americans of Italian decent by insisting gangster movies riddled with Italian last names? Why is it okay to disparage Italians but not a commie leader? Did not Hollywood appreciate the mantra of the 1970’s, “The Mafia is an FBI myth.”

Bob Barker activists attack Japanese research vessel Yushin Maru No. 3
The Yushin Maru No. 3 (YS3), a Japanese Antarctic whale research vessel was subjected to
attack today by the Netherlands-registered vessel Bob Barker (BB). The attack started at
about 0630JST and lasted until about 0750JST
At about 0630JST two zodiac boats sent from the BB behind an iceberg rapidly approached
the Japanese vessel and the activists started hand-throwing many projectiles toward the YS3.
Two smoke bombs landed on the deck and one smoke bomb got entangled on the port-side
protecting net of the YS3. One projectile containing paint hit the port side bow of the
Japanese vessel. One zodiac boat deployed a rope in the way of the YS3．
During the attack the YS3 broadcasted a warning message and made use of its water
jet-pump as a preventive measure to make the activists desist from further approaching.
Neither injuries to the Japanese crew nor damage to the YS3 resulted from the activists’
attack.
The YS3 continues monitoring the BB’s activities.
Japan’s research whaling in the Antarctic (JARPAII) is a perfectly legal activity carried out
under the International Convention for the Regulation of Whaling (ICRW). The Institute of
Cetacean Research strongly condemns the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society (SSCS) and
its continued dangerous and violent actions against Japan’s whale research vessels in the
Antarctic.
We call on all related countries including the Netherlands which is the BB’s flag State and
Australia, the virtual home port of the SSCS vessels, to stop condoning the SSCS’s violent
actions and to take every means available to restrain them. Further, we strongly request that
these countries deal with the SSCS’s criminal actions in a strict and objective manner
according to their international obligations.

The latest PR from The Southern Ocean details just what the SSCS are doing - nothing. The general tone is in the style of most PR's this season, introspective and rather morose. Besides the tone the actual statements are highly exaggerated, wildly improbable and bewildering in their figures. Even the navigational calculations show gross errors in the time frame.
The SSCS Pirate Group does not have any real idea just how many whales the JWF have slaughtered. It resorts to wild statements as to the numbers but with nothing to back them up. According to 'Wats-his-name' the ice floes moved and trapped him allowing the MS Nissin Maru to escape. This from the master Antarctic ice navigator who just told us that he was superior to all the others who had gone before him!! This after those bombastic statements telling the world how the JWF factory ship was in his clutches never to be let go!! Nothing seems to be going right for the guy this year, he is making a real nautical idiot of himself.
As to his navigational calculations well they are questionable. He states that the MS Steve Irwin will leave shortly for New Zealand and return by "mid February". We are now in the last days of January and February has only 28 days so let us figure this out. The round trip to New Zealand takes 28 days, so there goes February, now how on earth can he return by mid February. As NAUTICAL LOG has said previously they are more likely to return in early March which gives about two weeks, three at most, remaining in the JWF whale catching season of 2010 - 2011.
The entire PR is an assortment of 'ifs', 'ands', 'buts' which NAUTICAL LOG never recalls seeing in SSCS Press Releases before. We really do seem to be dealing with a lost and confused person whom it is becoming more and more probable is unable to continue his leadership of the SSCS and the cult he has reduced it too. Even the photos in the PR look very much like previous years stuff!!

States nullification of Federal legislation
In 1802 President Thomas Jefferson wrote a letter to a group in Connecticut where he mentioned the concept of “separation of church and state.” For about 130 years after that letter, God and government were interchangeable in America. Many public schools used the Bible as a reader. Many town squares at Christmas displayed a Nativity scene.
Then in the 1930’s or early 1940’s a Federal judge discovered Thomas Jefferson’s letter with “separation of church” and state, and inserted it into the Constitution. The thinking was if Thomas Jefferson, a Founding Father wrote it, then it must have been the intend of the Constitution.
Never mind that in 1787 in Philadelphia at the Constitutional Convention among the 55 delegates was missing Thomas Jefferson. Because at the time of the Convention Mr. Jefferson was the United States minister to France.
Currently Many states (Idaho, Texas, Alabama, Kansas, Main, Missouri, Montana, Oregon, Nebraska, and Wyoming) are considering legislation that will nullify Congressional legislation if three-fourths (3/4) of the states agree the legislation is unconstitutional.
Many liberals and the news media are saying that nullification would be unconstitutional. Really? While Thomas Jefferson was president on at least three different occasions he stated nullification by the states of Federal law is constitutional.
So if Thomas Jefferson wrote a letter which mentioned “separation of church and state, and became law, how come he being a proponent of nullification has not been interpreted as law as was “separation of church and state?” Can you say liberal hypocrisy or news media bias? Hmmm?

State of the Union Republicans play patty fingers with them thar Democrats
The head of the regime, President Barak Obama delivered his State of the Union address while Republicans played patty-fingers with Democrats. The Democrats suggested both political parties sit among one another, instead of sitting by party affiliation as in the past.
The Republicans are in the majority in the House of Representatives and once again permitted them thar Democrats to set the agenda. The Democratic Party is the party of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, reason enough to shun the bums. These Republicans would be wise to remember they were elected into office by we the American people, not them thar Democrats. Their goal needs to be to get along and satisfy their constituents, not them thar Democrats.
Did the dopes forget it was the Democrats who located them out of committee meetings? Also it was Mrs. Pelosi who turned the lights off on them.
The president mentioned he is willing to review and possibly replace parts of the healthcare legislation passed by Democrats and signed by him. Is he admitting parts of the legislation is flawed? The Republicans need to scrap the whole thing, start anew where the government is out of our healthcare.
President Obama (Democrat) mentioned green jobs to help rebound the American economy. Really? Did he forget about General Motors (Obama Motors or Government Motors) who is owned in party by the government and UAW (United Auto Workers Union) who produces the electric car the Chevy Volt?
General Motors announced building a Volt factory in Mexico. How does building an electric car factory in Mexico create green jobs in the USA? The batteries for the Volt are made in South Korea. More green jobs not for Americans, but for another nation. The batteries cannot be produced in the USA because of EPA onerous regulations. Thank you environmentalist for shipping American jobs overseas.
Democrat President Obama urged the USA to build bullet trains, because after all they have them in Asia and Europe. They work in Asia and Europe because their cities are pedestrian cities. While in the USA there are only a few pedestrian cities such as New York City, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, and possibly Washington, DC. These cities were laid out in the European model. Meaning they are walking cities where it is possible to walk to your destination and/or take mass transit which saturate those cities.

Sea Shepherd, South Korea, Japanese whaling, and girly men mutiny?
Admiral Beauregard Watson, formally Captain Kangaroo claims Sea Shepherd is currently escorting South Korean owned tanker, supply ship named the Sun Laurel away from the Japanese whaling fleet. Thus claiming to be depriving the Japanese whalers much needed supplies.
Sea Shepherd’s rust buckets garbage scows the Steve Irwin and Bob Barker are following the Sun Laurel (South Korean owned, registered in Panama) while two Japanese whaling ships are following the Steve Irwin and Bob Barker.
Sea Shepherd announced their vessel, the replacement for the Ady Gill, named Gojira (Godzilla) is scouring the Southern Ocean in search of the rest of the Japanese whaling fleet. Really? Then how come the Gojira is in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia? Do they think the Japanese whaling fleet is whaling in Hobart’s harbor? Rumor has it the crew of the Gojira has abandoned Sea Shepherd’s current harassment campaign as being too reckless and dangerous for the crew. Mutiny anyone?
Did Admiral Beauregard Watson lie about the whereabouts of the Gojira or did the crew of the Gojira abandon its mission?
Recently the South Korean Navy came to the rescue of another South Korean vessel captured by Somalia pirates. Will the South Korean Navy have to come to the aide of the Sun Laurel allowing it to resupply the Japanese whaling fleet?
