The surviving Boston bomber is currently being protected in politically correct America by the administration and a compliant news media, and news media guilty of Constitutional malfeasance.  

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev upon being arrested the U.S. government announced he would not be read his Miranda Rights citing the “public safety” option allowing the FBI to question him for valuable information.  The Obama administration also announced the terrorist will not be held as an enemy combatant, instead being held as a common criminal. 

Within sixteen hours of Dzhokhar’s arrest U.S. Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler interrupted the FBI investigation by reading Dzhokhar his Miranda rights:

1. You have the right to remain silent.
2. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
3. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you are being questioned.
4. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish.
5. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements.

He was what has been popularly referred to as “being Mirandized,” and / or “lawyering up.”  In other words he shut up and stopped cooperation with the FBI.  Thank you U.S. Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler. 

Understand this U.S. Magistrates are under the U.S. Department of Justice which is headed by the U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.  Before being Attorney General Mr. Holder belonged to a law firm that represented terrorist for free.  Can we connect any dots here?

After the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001 it was discovered the U.S. numerous intelligence agencies did not connect the dot, thus allowing the terrorist to live in the USA and do what they did.  Since then structures and laws changed allowing the numerous intelligence agencies to connect the dot.  With the Boston bombings the problem was not that the dots were not connecting but that they were disconnected.

U.S. intelligence had the information on this family from various sources included information from the Russians.  However political correctness prohibited the U.S. government from connecting the dots.  This terrorist family belongs to a protected group in the USA never to be thought of or labeled as terrorist by the U.S. current government and complaint news media.
