MPOW selfie-stick consumer advisory

One-time MPOW selfie-stick was sold on Amazon.  However no longer available on Amazon.  Why?

  Recently ordered MPOW selfie-stick on 2020 on Amazon.  Went to reorder and not available on Amazon.  Then went to MPOW’s website and order the MBT8 selfie-stick. 

  When received, it would not take a charge.  Their customer support on their website offers an email address.  I sent MPOW an email , and they answered stating they are not accepting emails  Huh?  Then I telephoned their number during their stated business hours on the week days they claim were available.  I called the number and the recording states to call during normal business hours while I was calling during normal business hours. 

  I then sent them a message via their Facebook page.   They replied telling me to write them via email, giving me the email address that does not accept emails.

  Lousy customer service attached to a defective product.  Now I know why Amazon no longer offers this product.  No customer service, no product support, and a defective product.
