Rush Limbaugh offends the Chinese? So says who?
Commie leader Hu Jintao received a gala welcome from the Obama regime at The White House. During Mr. Jintao’s visit, he made some type of speech in Chinese. Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh parodied the speech. During this comedy routine Mr. Limbaugh for about twenty seconds then proceeded to have fun with some interpret as the Chinese language.
In politically sensitive America riddled with political correctness, Democratic and leftist interest groups seized upon this as an opportunity to criticize Rush Limbaugh. Claiming what Mr. Limbaugh did was an affront to the Chinese people.
Where was this outcry when Hillary Clinton (Democrat) remarked seeing Mohandas Gandhi at a convenience store? How come the silence by these interest groups when Vice President Joe Biden (Democrat) remarked how convenience stores employ people from India?
Then of course what about Hollywood’s constant attack upon Americans of Italian decent by insisting gangster movies riddled with Italian last names? Why is it okay to disparage Italians but not a commie leader? Did not Hollywood appreciate the mantra of the 1970’s, “The Mafia is an FBI myth.”

Bob Barker activists attack Japanese research vessel Yushin Maru No. 3
The Yushin Maru No. 3 (YS3), a Japanese Antarctic whale research vessel was subjected to
attack today by the Netherlands-registered vessel Bob Barker (BB). The attack started at
about 0630JST and lasted until about 0750JST
At about 0630JST two zodiac boats sent from the BB behind an iceberg rapidly approached
the Japanese vessel and the activists started hand-throwing many projectiles toward the YS3.
Two smoke bombs landed on the deck and one smoke bomb got entangled on the port-side
protecting net of the YS3. One projectile containing paint hit the port side bow of the
Japanese vessel. One zodiac boat deployed a rope in the way of the YS3．
During the attack the YS3 broadcasted a warning message and made use of its water
jet-pump as a preventive measure to make the activists desist from further approaching.
Neither injuries to the Japanese crew nor damage to the YS3 resulted from the activists’
attack.
The YS3 continues monitoring the BB’s activities.
Japan’s research whaling in the Antarctic (JARPAII) is a perfectly legal activity carried out
under the International Convention for the Regulation of Whaling (ICRW). The Institute of
Cetacean Research strongly condemns the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society (SSCS) and
its continued dangerous and violent actions against Japan’s whale research vessels in the
Antarctic.
We call on all related countries including the Netherlands which is the BB’s flag State and
Australia, the virtual home port of the SSCS vessels, to stop condoning the SSCS’s violent
actions and to take every means available to restrain them. Further, we strongly request that
these countries deal with the SSCS’s criminal actions in a strict and objective manner
according to their international obligations.

The latest PR from The Southern Ocean details just what the SSCS are doing - nothing. The general tone is in the style of most PR's this season, introspective and rather morose. Besides the tone the actual statements are highly exaggerated, wildly improbable and bewildering in their figures. Even the navigational calculations show gross errors in the time frame.
The SSCS Pirate Group does not have any real idea just how many whales the JWF have slaughtered. It resorts to wild statements as to the numbers but with nothing to back them up. According to 'Wats-his-name' the ice floes moved and trapped him allowing the MS Nissin Maru to escape. This from the master Antarctic ice navigator who just told us that he was superior to all the others who had gone before him!! This after those bombastic statements telling the world how the JWF factory ship was in his clutches never to be let go!! Nothing seems to be going right for the guy this year, he is making a real nautical idiot of himself.
As to his navigational calculations well they are questionable. He states that the MS Steve Irwin will leave shortly for New Zealand and return by "mid February". We are now in the last days of January and February has only 28 days so let us figure this out. The round trip to New Zealand takes 28 days, so there goes February, now how on earth can he return by mid February. As NAUTICAL LOG has said previously they are more likely to return in early March which gives about two weeks, three at most, remaining in the JWF whale catching season of 2010 - 2011.
The entire PR is an assortment of 'ifs', 'ands', 'buts' which NAUTICAL LOG never recalls seeing in SSCS Press Releases before. We really do seem to be dealing with a lost and confused person whom it is becoming more and more probable is unable to continue his leadership of the SSCS and the cult he has reduced it too. Even the photos in the PR look very much like previous years stuff!!

States nullification of Federal legislation
In 1802 President Thomas Jefferson wrote a letter to a group in Connecticut where he mentioned the concept of “separation of church and state.” For about 130 years after that letter, God and government were interchangeable in America. Many public schools used the Bible as a reader. Many town squares at Christmas displayed a Nativity scene.
Then in the 1930’s or early 1940’s a Federal judge discovered Thomas Jefferson’s letter with “separation of church” and state, and inserted it into the Constitution. The thinking was if Thomas Jefferson, a Founding Father wrote it, then it must have been the intend of the Constitution.
Never mind that in 1787 in Philadelphia at the Constitutional Convention among the 55 delegates was missing Thomas Jefferson. Because at the time of the Convention Mr. Jefferson was the United States minister to France.
Currently Many states (Idaho, Texas, Alabama, Kansas, Main, Missouri, Montana, Oregon, Nebraska, and Wyoming) are considering legislation that will nullify Congressional legislation if three-fourths (3/4) of the states agree the legislation is unconstitutional.
Many liberals and the news media are saying that nullification would be unconstitutional. Really? While Thomas Jefferson was president on at least three different occasions he stated nullification by the states of Federal law is constitutional.
So if Thomas Jefferson wrote a letter which mentioned “separation of church and state, and became law, how come he being a proponent of nullification has not been interpreted as law as was “separation of church and state?” Can you say liberal hypocrisy or news media bias? Hmmm?

State of the Union Republicans play patty fingers with them thar Democrats
The head of the regime, President Barak Obama delivered his State of the Union address while Republicans played patty-fingers with Democrats. The Democrats suggested both political parties sit among one another, instead of sitting by party affiliation as in the past.
The Republicans are in the majority in the House of Representatives and once again permitted them thar Democrats to set the agenda. The Democratic Party is the party of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, reason enough to shun the bums. These Republicans would be wise to remember they were elected into office by we the American people, not them thar Democrats. Their goal needs to be to get along and satisfy their constituents, not them thar Democrats.
Did the dopes forget it was the Democrats who located them out of committee meetings? Also it was Mrs. Pelosi who turned the lights off on them.
The president mentioned he is willing to review and possibly replace parts of the healthcare legislation passed by Democrats and signed by him. Is he admitting parts of the legislation is flawed? The Republicans need to scrap the whole thing, start anew where the government is out of our healthcare.
President Obama (Democrat) mentioned green jobs to help rebound the American economy. Really? Did he forget about General Motors (Obama Motors or Government Motors) who is owned in party by the government and UAW (United Auto Workers Union) who produces the electric car the Chevy Volt?
General Motors announced building a Volt factory in Mexico. How does building an electric car factory in Mexico create green jobs in the USA? The batteries for the Volt are made in South Korea. More green jobs not for Americans, but for another nation. The batteries cannot be produced in the USA because of EPA onerous regulations. Thank you environmentalist for shipping American jobs overseas.
Democrat President Obama urged the USA to build bullet trains, because after all they have them in Asia and Europe. They work in Asia and Europe because their cities are pedestrian cities. While in the USA there are only a few pedestrian cities such as New York City, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, and possibly Washington, DC. These cities were laid out in the European model. Meaning they are walking cities where it is possible to walk to your destination and/or take mass transit which saturate those cities.

Sea Shepherd, South Korea, Japanese whaling, and girly men mutiny?
Admiral Beauregard Watson, formally Captain Kangaroo claims Sea Shepherd is currently escorting South Korean owned tanker, supply ship named the Sun Laurel away from the Japanese whaling fleet. Thus claiming to be depriving the Japanese whalers much needed supplies.
Sea Shepherd’s rust buckets garbage scows the Steve Irwin and Bob Barker are following the Sun Laurel (South Korean owned, registered in Panama) while two Japanese whaling ships are following the Steve Irwin and Bob Barker.
Sea Shepherd announced their vessel, the replacement for the Ady Gill, named Gojira (Godzilla) is scouring the Southern Ocean in search of the rest of the Japanese whaling fleet. Really? Then how come the Gojira is in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia? Do they think the Japanese whaling fleet is whaling in Hobart’s harbor? Rumor has it the crew of the Gojira has abandoned Sea Shepherd’s current harassment campaign as being too reckless and dangerous for the crew. Mutiny anyone?
Did Admiral Beauregard Watson lie about the whereabouts of the Gojira or did the crew of the Gojira abandon its mission?
Recently the South Korean Navy came to the rescue of another South Korean vessel captured by Somalia pirates. Will the South Korean Navy have to come to the aide of the Sun Laurel allowing it to resupply the Japanese whaling fleet?

Mexico's Saint of Death or La Santa Muerte
In Mexico there is a cult named Saint of Death or La Santa Muerte. It is a cult with pre-Columbian practices, African customs and elements of Catholicism. The Roman Catholic Church does not recognize the saint or the cult.
The Saint of Death is a skeletal figure clad in a long robe carrying a scythe. Many drug traffickers, kidnappers, drug users, prostitutes, pimps, assorted law breakers and under the underbelly of society claim identity to this cult / saint. They embrace this cult because it makes no judgment of their illegal lifestyles or attempt to help them repent.
Recently a self-proclaimed bishop of this cult David Romo was arrested by Mexican authorities accused of running a kidnapping ring. Many devotees of this cult accused Mr. Romo of giving the cult a bad reputation. What about the pimps, drug traffickers and other assorted non-repentant law breakers adhering to this cult?
If this cult is look for acceptance in society they should come to the USA. Since the cult is perceived as anti-Catholic, they would be embraced by the USA’s entertainment industry and anti-Christian news media.

America the stupid? So indicates the U S Army
Previously posted a video titled “America the stupid?” Concerning the results of the International Student Assessment survey showing American students ranking low in math, science and reading.
According to a report concerning entrance exams for the United States Army, nearly 23% who take the test fail. However the number is miss-leading and further examination proves the figure to be worse.
Out of 100 recruits (17 to 20 year olds), 75 are not even qualified to take the test. Reasons being unfit, criminal records, and school dropouts. That leaves 25 to test. Out of the 25, 23% fail the test, meaning only 19 pass the test. Which comes to 19 out of 100 recruits qualify to serve in the U.S. Army.
The proponents of dumbing down America have succeeded in their goal to negatively impact the readiness of our Armed Forces. The politically correct liberals who have as their goal to keep America stupid for a multiple of reason can now celebrate. They see the USA as a threat to peace in the world. Dumbing down the nation to harm the readiness of American armed forces lessons the likelihood of American military involvement.

Ricky Gervais at the Golden Globes offends Hollywood
On September 18, 2008 posted a video critical of British comedian Russell Brands appearance on MTV’s awards show. Mr. Brand in his humor towards President Bush was the topic of the video.
The resulting comments defended Mr. Brand’s disrespectful humor as just a joke, excused as British humor, just being a comic, have a sense of humor, and freedom of speech.
January 16, 2011 British comedian Ricky Gervais appearing at the Golden Globe Awards in the belly of the beast, Hollywood, engaged in similar cutting edge humor. However the topic of his humor was not political, but aimed right at the pervert thespians (actors’ actresses) in Hollywood.
Subsequent reporting claimed these thin-skinned Hollywood types were deeply offended by Mr. Gervais’s humor directed at them. What happened to British humor? How about his freedom of speech? Come on have a sense of humor, they were just jokes.
These Hollywood bums cannot handle it when they are the subject of scathing humor but expect the rest of us to accept it when directed elsewhere. These adherents and devotees of political correctness demonstrated their hypocrisy once again.

Captain Owen Honors given the heave-ho by the United States Navy
Captain Owen Honors the commander of the United States Navy nuclear aircraft carrier the USS Enterprise is the latest victim of political correctness. About three years ago Captain Honors participated in some videos produced solely for the crew have surfaced and rated to be politically incorrect and perhaps lewd.
In 21st century America the whole of society even to the peril of our nation’s security will be subservient to political correctness. Political correctness will be advanced with the same mindless zeal, less the violence of Joseph Stalin’s Soviet Union (the former Evil Empire).
Basically Captain Owens was punished for behaving like a sailor. How dare him be a sailor in the U.S. Navy and behave like a sailor!
The Navy claims he was dismissed as commander of the USS Enterprise because of “profound lack of good judgment and professionalism.” Really? Here is part of the Captain’s naval career / record:
- Graduated U.S. Naval Academy in 1983 – any judgment there?
- Naval Fighter Weapons School (Navy’s Top Gun pilots) – any professionalism there?
- 85 combat missions in 3 theaters – nuff said
- Landing on 15 different carriers – both outstanding judgment and professionalism
The United States military has been the victim of social experimentation inserted by liberals to the determent of the nation. The military finds itself with warriors and non-warriors, the social engineers, the political correct mob. The Department of Defense (should revert back to the Department of War) should cleanse itself of these non-warriors and remember their role is war not social niceties.

Rising food prices the real reason unreported by the news media
The Dallas Morning News printed a story headlined: “Global food prices reach record high in December.” Per the article according to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, food prices are rising dramatically. The rise in price is attributed to rising oil prices.
Yes oil can be attributed to the cause; however the article was vacant of what is behind the cause. The world’s demand for oil is on the rise and the Obama regime is decreasing America’s oil output. Basically causing the supply to be reduced while the demand raises that attaches itself to the price of oil.
Another main culprit is ethanol. The current source of ethanol in the USA is corn. Meaning we are taking food (corn) and inserting it into our gas tanks. Causes less corn to be on the market for food. Corn is used to make feed for livestock. Livestock becomes expensive to feed, that cost is passed on to the consumer in the form of higher prices for beef, pork, and poultry.
Because of the rise in price for corn, farmers dedicated additional acreage to grow corn, while decreasing acreage for other agricultural products, causing fruit and vegetable prices to rise.
Gas prices are soaring over $3.00 a gallon and our bias news media is virtually silent. During the President Bush years when gas approached $3.00 a gallon, that news media continually to report on the rise day after day, story after story. All illustrating the hardship it was placing on hard working Americans.
Now that there is one of them thar Democrats in The White House (the Obama regime), the news media is ignoring the rising gas prices. How transparent of them. This omission is an admission of who controls the bias news media in the United States.

At about 1800JST two zodiac boats sent from the Bob Barker rapidly approached the Japanese vessel and the activists started hand-throwing at least two flash bangs and one smoke bomb toward the YS2. One of the flash bangs landed in the bow and the other two projectiles got entangled on the port-side protecting net of the Japanese vessel.
Also, the activists put a hook and rope on the port-side handrail (where the protecting net is (fixed) of the YS2. In addition, the zodiac activists deployed and dragged ropes aiming to entangle the propeller and rudder of the YS2.
At about 1840JST one of the ropes being dragged by one of the zodiac boats entangled its own propeller and the zodiac became unnavigable. Seeing this, the other zodiac activists ceased their attack on the Japanese vessel.
During the attack the Yushin Maru No. 2 broadcasted a warning message and made use of its water jet-pump as a preventive measure to make the activists desist from further approaching. The hook and rope attached by the activists to the YS2 handrail detached itself falling to the sea.
The flash bang and the smoke bomb that got entangled to the port-side protecting net were burning for a while but fortunately the fire did not spread to the net itself. Neither injuries to the Japanese crew nor damage to the YS2 resulted from the activists’ attack. Sea Shepherd attempting to burn the Japanese mariners?
Sea Shepherd in their continued effort to cause harm to the Japanese mariners in the Southern Ocean, have accelerated their violent activity.
The trust fund babies have hurled bottles (degenerating into broken glass upon impacted the deck of ships), smoke bombs, flares (pyrotechnic), and dragged ropes attempting to entangle the propeller and rudder of the Japanese whaling vessel.
Sea Shepherd is clearly engaging in reckless behavior bringing into question if they are trying to cause bodily harm to the Japanese mariners. The only reason no Japanese whalers have been harmed by Sea Shepherd is not because of Sea Shepherds self-proclaimed caution, but solely due to the professionalism of the Japanese mariners.
Here is the best part, according to the ICR’s media release (see link below) the girly men trust-fund babies attempting to entangle the Japanese ship, instead, entangled their own zodiac boat causing them to end their attack upon the Japanese vessel. Ha ha ha ha. What a bunch of dopes. Will we see this on Whale Wars?

Hateful comments from the left ignored by the bias news media

Arizona tragedy exposes the shameful bias of the news media
A murderous low-life shot twenty people, wounding Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and killing six. An American tragedy perpetrated by a lone pathetic bum who is lower than snakes belly in a wagon rut.
The bias news media were quick to assign blame controversial political rhetoric and lack of stronger gun control laws. These groups are exploiting this tragedy to pursue their leftist agendas: gun control and suppress the opposition.
When this tragedy occurred the disgusting news media was quick to get in front the story and blame conservative talk radio, tea party, and Sarah Palin. When the murderer killed thirteen people at Fort Hood, Texas, the news media was quick to warn Americans against blaming Muslims, or Arabs as this was the work of one lone person and a whole group of people should not be blamed for the act of this one person.
However the Arizona murders were the result of one lone person and we found the news media quick to blame conservatives, talk radio, and Sarah Palin. Where is the consistency?
Where was the news media outcry when there was a movie about the assassination of President Bush, the book on how to assassinate President Bush, and the life-like effigy of Sarah Palin hanging by the neck dangling from a rope?
NOTE: Remember it was President Obama, who said on June 14ht, 2008: "If they bring a knife to fight, we bring a gun."

Did they bother to lay the blame and responsibility squarely on the murderer? No political revenue there. The murderer was said to be anti-Semitic and the Congresswoman is Jewish. Any connection there? Naw, just blame political rhetoric and gun control.
They are claiming the political situation in the USA has escalated in the last few years to a point which results in such an action. Idiots! Inflammatory political discourse laden with vitriolic language has been part of the American political landscape since its inception.
The presidential campaign in 1828 (183 years ago) of Andrew Jackson “Old Hickory,” was a campaign of hate and slander. The opposition called his wife a bigamist, a whore, a black wench, and a profligate woman. His mother, who died fifty years earlier was called a prostitute, intermarried with a Negro, and sold her oldest son into slavery. Jackson himself was labeled a wife stealer. Vitriolic?
The liberals and news media are quick to blame conservative political verbiage on the violence that happened in Arizona. But where was this condemnation causing the deaths of the American military when:
Democrat Senator from Illinois on the floor of the U.S. Senate called American troops in reference to Iraq, Nazi like, operating Soviet style gulags, and behaving like Cambodian commie Pol Pot. How many of the enemy was emboldened by that and resulting American deaths?
Democrat Senator from Nevada Harry Reid called General Petraeus a liar. How many of the enemy was emboldened by that and resulting American deaths?
Democrat President Jimmy Carter, Democrat ex-rated President Bill Clinton, Democrat snake oil salesman Vice President Al Gore, all while overseas in public speeches criticized President Bush (Commander-in-Chief) and America’s war effort. How many of the enemy was emboldened by that and resulting American deaths?
Democrat Senator from Nevada Harry Reid on the floor of the Senate said in reference to the war in Iraq, the “war is a lost cause.” How many of the enemy was emboldened by that and resulting American deaths?

Abuse of a citizen by government mandated healthcare insurance

Recently Democrats Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and President Obama passed and signed national healthcare, known as ObamaCare, mandating citizens must purchase health insurance. Currently the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (The Bay State) has for years their version of ObamaCare, however called RomneyCare, named after former governor Mitt Romney.
Massachusetts requires adults to purchase healthcare insurance. Compliance with this mandate is reported once a year when filing state income tax forms, must file form MA 1099-HC.
Michael A. Merlina of Massachusetts could not afford to purchase the required insurance at $425.00 a month. The State then fined Mr. Merlina $2,000 for not adhering to the Commonwealth’s law. 53,000 Massachusetts citizens have been levied this fine. The fines go into a fund to pay for health insurance for those who cannot afford to purchase it. Mr. Merlina was told he earned too much to qualify to be a recipient of this fund. His monthly income is $3,048, while monthly expenses are $3,238, leaving him with a monthly deficit of $190.00.
The Massachusetts bureaucrats rejected his figures and insisted the fine be paid. He sued the state, went before a judge and as of this writing / video awaiting the judge’s decision.

Locating Tony's book in a Japanese bookstore
My book was published in Japan in April of 2010. A Japanese gentleman recently went into a bookstore in Japan to purchase a copy of the book. To his surprise, and mine, he located the book on a shelf with books about American presidents. Tony in 2012?

The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, once again being attacked
The extreme liberals and political correct crowd continuing their attack upon American culture renewing their sights on Mark Twain’s (Samuel Clemens) novel, “The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn,” published in 1884, known as “The Great American Novel.” According to Publishers Weekly, an outfit named NewSouth Books plans to offer a sanitized, politically correct version of this great American classic.
The book is around 380 pages long, and the “N” word appears 214 times, to be replaced with the word “slave.” The slur “injun” appears 12 times to be replaced with “Native American.” The so-called offensive words written by Mr. Twain were not written to illustrate him being a racist, but written to expose America’s racist past. The book was written in the vernacular of the time the novel was written, pre-Civil War (1861) in the South of the United States.
How else could Mark Twain expose racism without accurately illustrating it? The last two sentences of the book are rather prophetic in reference to the sanitizing of the book, which reads as Huck Finn saying:
“But I reckon I got to light out for the Territory ahead of the rest, because Aunt Sally she's going to adopt me and sivilize me and I can't stand it. I been there before.”
The political correct mob is not only attempting to “sivilize” Huck, but the whole book.

Sea Shepherd on the run from the Japanese whalers
On New Year’s Day Sea Shepherd announced they located the Japanese whaling fleet in the international waters of the Southern Ocean. Boasting they located the whalers before any whales was harpooned.
Upon locating the whaling fleet Sea Shepherd commenced with their dangerous sub-human antics on the frigid waters of the high seas. They rubber dinghies were criss-crossing in front of the speeding whaling ships. Then the spoiled children proceed the throw bottles onto the decks of the whaling ships, breaking the glass upon impact creating a danger on the decks.
Sea Shepherd had on their dinghy thick ropes with the purpose of fouling the whaler’s propellers and rudder. In an attempt to leave the ship motionless in the frigid waters. She Shepherd brags how they twice boarded the Japanese whaling ships, yet the fair-minded (joke) children of Sea Shepherd installed long metal spikes / rods to prevent a boarding of their vessel.
In a gross display of disrespect to American aviators of World War Two who fought in China, called the Flying Tigers, Sea Shepherd painted their emblem, tiger teeth, on the front of their dinghy. What a disgusting bunch.
Soon news broke out (see link below) that Sea Shepherd was on the run, running from the Japanese whalers as the whalers where chasing Sea Shepherd. Huh? Why are the brave children of Sea Shepherd running from the whalers? How can one expect Sea Shepherd to enforce so-called international law if they are running from the very people they accuse of breaking the law? Very confusing and entertaining as to why Sea Shepherd is running scared.

Death Panels, They're back!
When President Obama’s health care legislation was being discussed in Congress critics claimed there were death panels in the legislation. The Democrats and news media said that was incorrect. In order for Democrat Nancy Pelosi to get Democrat votes needed she removed that provision from the legislation. Huh? How can something be removed that was claimed was not there to begin with?
Well the media and Democrats said Sarah Palin was being inflammatory by mentioning death panels. The legislation barely passed in 2010. Now by executive decree President Obama has inserted that provision back in. However this time it is more potent than the original provision. The original provision inserted by Representative Earl Blumenauer, Democrat from the 3rd Congressional district in Oregon. His provision called for doctors to conduct end of life discussions with the elderly every five years.
The head of the regime President Obama (Democrat) executive order calls for these discussion to be held yearly with the elderly. Doctors will be paid for holding these discussions.
Democrat Representative Earl Blumenauer sent out an email to friends and supporters about this good news for them. However he urged them not to boast about this accomplishment as not to make the news media and the blogs aware of this. An overt attempt to hide this from the public, we the people. Demonstrating Democrats have no trust in the public.
Well The New York Times (NYT), who usually adheres to the edicts from their overlords in the Democratic Party, published this story and reprinted in newspapers across the nation, including The Dallas Morning News (DMN). In the article quoting from Mr. Blumenauer’s email (Democrat), states: “The longer this goes unnoticed, the better our chances of keeping it.”
Meaning once again Democrats believe in secret government and have no trust in the voters, the schleps who put them in office.
Remember Democrats have no loyalty to the nation or the voters, only to their party.
