Supreme Court Obamacare and freedom died

President Obama and the Democrats in Congress passed Obamacare  – Affordable Care Act – ACA, stating it was Constitutional under the “Interstate Commerce clause” Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4.  The Constitutionality of the act was challenged and went before the U.S. Supreme Court.  Chief Justice Roberts, the deciding vote in the 5 to 4 decision ruled the ACA to be Constitutional. 

However Justice Roberts stated the law was unconstitutional under the Interstate Commerce Clause.  To salvage the law, Justice Roberts then changed the intend of the Congress and the President by saying it falls under the “Tax and Spending clause” Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, which makes it Constitutional according to the Jusitce. 

In essence the Chief Justice (Justice John Roberts) legislated from the bench.  Basically the Judicial Branch of government legislated.  Also when President Obama passed his own version of the Dream Act without Congress, it was the Executive Branch of government legislating also.  The Executive and Judicial both exceeded their Constitutional mandate and what did the Legislative Branch (Congress) do?  Absolutely nothing!

“We the People” lost.    

Remember:

A vote for a Democrat is a vote to keep the Constitution buried.
A vote for a third party is a vote for Obama and Obamacare

Let us not forget: Repeal and Replace.
