Avery personal label printer broke down from just sitting on top of the desk. Their technical support was telephoned. Tech support said the item was discontinued and they no longer support the product.
Meaning in the future do not purchase an Avery product.
Purchased DYMO LabelWriter 450 Turbo to replace it
