Texas vs. the UN and Texas wins!
The United Nations announced they were sending election
observers to the United States come the November, 2012 Presidential
Elections. The State of Texas told the
UN basically, not in Texas.
The OSCE Office for
Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) – a UN organization, said they
have an obligation to observe elections.
Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott sent a letter to the OSCE
warning they are not authorized by Texas law to enter polling places and it is
a criminal offense for OSCE to maintain a presence within 100 feet of a polling
place’s entrance. God bless the Texas
State Attorney General, Greg Abbott.
Republican Texas Governor Rick Perry tweeted “No UN monitors
/ inspectors will be part of any TX election process; I commend @Txecofstate
for swift action to clarity issue.”
As of this writing / video, Texas is the only state to warn
these foreign busy-bodies they are not welcomed and not welcomed in the Lone
Star state of Texas, pardners! (partners).
