President Obama as candidate Obama spoke of no lobbyist in his administration. Yet he has appointed lobbyist or former lobbyist after he was elected president. He also spoke of openness in his administration involving all and posting legislation. The Stimulus Bill was given to lobbyist before it was given to Congressmen who had to vote on the legislation.

The Stimulus Package was put on the Internet as Obama said he would, however it was posted in PDF format which prevents a search routine. When there was a conference between the Senate and the House of Representatives to iron out their difference in the Stimulus Package, Senator Harry Reid and Representative Nancy Pelosi excluded Republicans from participating in the conference.

Speaker of the House, Democratic Representative Nancy Pelosi from San Francisco went to Rome, Italy for a conference. While in Rome she was granted an audience with Pope Benedict XVI at the Vatican. Ms. Pelosi some months ago during an interview stated the Roman Catholic Churchs doctrine in reference to abortion which was totally in error. However by doing so she justified her pro-abortion devotion. The error committed on purpose by Pelosi caused a rebuke by a few bishops in the United States of America (USA). To Nancy Pelosi her devotion to abortion and the Democratic Party is greater than her devotion to her religion, her nation, and to God. To liberals the fetus is a sacrament to be offered on the alter of liberalism which is a mental disorder.

The Pope told Pelosi:

His Holiness took the opportunity to speak of the requirements of the natural moral law and the Churchs consistent teaching on the dignity of human life from conception to natural death which enjoin all Catholics, and especially legislators, jurists and those responsible for the common good of society, to work in cooperation with all men and women of good will in creating a just system of laws capable of protecting human life at all stages of its development.

To betting is now the Ms. Pelosi has been advised directly by the Holy Father the Roman Catholic Churchs position on abortion, she will still continue to support abortion. To liberals such as her, her religion is subservient to the promotion of abortion.
