Tony's diet and cooking
End of March weighed in about 153 pounds. Per weight charts located on the Internet for the height, that is obese. In an attempt to transfer from obese to just plain fat, went on a diet for a whole month and lost 8 pounds without exercise. The clue was cutting out the junk, eating sensible, and small portions.
For the month just ate meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables. No pizza, pasta, cookies, cake, ice cream, and minimal amount of bread. When bread was consumed it was whole wheat sugarless.
