Elena Kagan, the subterfuge begins

There will be an opening on the U.S. Supreme Court. President Barack Obama (Democrat) nominated current United States Solicitor General Elena Kagan for the seat on the Supreme Court.

All of a sudden the government control news media has an issue with the possibility Ms. Eagan may be a lesbian (homosexual). What is curious about this is the American leftist; the Obama Regime control media has traditional supported gay and lesbian causes. So why now has this become an issue with the bias news media?

It is pure subterfuge and a cover up. The Obama regime wants to deflect from the issue where Ms. Eagan is said to believe there needs to be limits on the First and Second Amendment rights to the United States Constitution in reference to Free Speech and the right to bear arms.

Also why is it Democrat women in leadership positions must fulfill the prerequisite of being ugly?
