USA budget fight in Congress, a "We the people" perspective


This continuing resolution agreed upon by President Obama, the Democrats in the Senate and the Republicans in the House of Representatives (Congress) a win for whom?




Republicans wanted to cut $60 billion, Democrats wanted $6 billion, they agreed on $38 billion. Republicans wanted to stop the $330 billion for Planned Parenthood and insert a provision that would continue to pay our military in the event of a government shutdown.




Democrats screamed they would not approve it, because to Democrats the abort fetus is their sacrament on the Democratic Party unholy alter. Plus the wanted to hold the pay for the military as hostage in this budget debate. Proving once again the Democratic Party leadership has a total disregard for the USA military and their only loyalty is to the Party, not the nation.




Democrat President Barack Obama, Commander-in-Chief of the United States Armed Forces said he would veto the budget if it came to his desk with those two provisions. This at a time when the Presidents has the military involved in three wars at the same time: Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya. Nice going Mr. President!




The Democrats and news media kept urging Republicans to “compromise.” Where was this word “compromise” when the Democrats were the majority in the House of Representatives? To Democrats and the news media “compromise” means when Republicans agree with Democrats.




The news media and Democrats tried to paint a negative because the Republicans listen to the people of the Tea Party. Hello, the Tea Party is made up of average Americans, the “we the people” crown. Who do the Democrats listen to? The Democrats obey the union thugs who favor socialism, the socialist.




Republicans need to remember it is “We the People” who run this nation, not the thug, socialist unionist.




Here is a reminder of who “We the People” are:


“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
