Stimulus package

Well the bums in Congress have decided to give Americans back some of the money which they confiscated from the good citizens of the United States. The thieves are calling it a "Stimulus Package," in hopes to of spurring the economy they are responsible for harming. Give this money back is just pandering. It amounts to Marie Antoinette's saying, "let them eat cake." If the dolts in Congress wanted to truly stimulate the economy the would get the government out of our pockets and out of the business of hindering business. When the 55 delegates to the Constitutional Convention met in Philadelphia in 1787 they formed a new government. This new government was envisioned with two main mandates: one: to promote domestic tranquility, protect us from enemies both foreign and domestic. Two: to promote interstate commerce. All the government seems to do is hinder American business with burdensome regulations and confiscatory taxes. Reduce the regulations and taxes, and that would cause a true stimulus of the American economy.
