Sea Shepherd MY Ady Gil collision - the truth
On January 6th, 2010 Sea Shepherd’s chartered
vessel the MY Ady Gil slammed into the Japanese whaling vessel the Shonan Maru
No. 2 and blamed the Japanese.
Looking at the video from the Shonan Maru No.2 it was clear
the MY Ady Gil accelerated right into the Japanese vessel. The proof in the video was the wake in the
waters behind the MY Ady Gil illustrating acceleration by the MY Ady Gil.
The truth surfaces close to four years later. While in California recently I met with a
person who was there when the collision happened.
In the interest of maintaining the anonymity of the person,
I am stating the following: The person was or is a current member of Sea
Shepherd and was either on the MY Bob Barker or the MY Ady Gil. However the
person was there when the collision happened.
I spoke with the person either in person, on the telephone, or on Skype,
however I did speak directly with this person.
At the time of the collision the person at the throttle of
the MY Ady Gil, thrust it forward causing the MY Ady Gil to accelerate forward
thinking they would be able to sail fast enough in front of the Shonan Maru
No.2 thus avoiding a collision. It was a
miss-calculation; however the cause of the collision was the result of
thrusting that throttle forward. Meaning
Sea Shepherd caused the collision, although not purposeful.
Immediately in the aftermath of the Sea Shepherd caused
collision the Shonan Maru No.2 radioed the MY Bob Barker offering assistance. The offer of help was declined by Cabin Boy /
Peter Helmethead. It was reported his
response was idiotic and vulgar.
Another causality of this collision was any notification to
Mr. Ady Gil. No one thought to notify
Ady Gil that the vessel he chartered to Sea Shepherd for $1.00 a year was
involved in a collision.
Further information from this individual: All the equipment and electronic gear was
removed from the MY Ady Gil and was not returned to Mr. Ady Gil, the rightful
owner. The MY Bob Barker was towing the
damaged MY Ady Gil when his Excellency Watson ordered the release of the vessel
to either sink or be left floating aimlessly in the Southern Ocean.
This decision was made without any consultation with the
owner, Mr. Ady Gil. To Sea Shepherd the
vessel was worth more at the bottom of the sea as a propaganda tool. Further proof cults cannot be trusted.
