Commie led China's burr in the saddle

Recently there have been horrific floods in the Asian island nation of Taiwan, resulting in extreme emotional stress of the population. The majority of the population is Buddhist. With that Taipei (Taiwans capital) invited exiled Tibetan Buddhist leader the Dalai Lama to come help alleviate some of the nations emotional stress.

This caused the Beijing commies in communist led China (The Middle Kingdom) to denounce the Taiwanese President Ma Ying-jeous decision to allow the religious leader, the Dalai Lama to visit the nation.

This incident further illustrates Beijings fear of religion and attempt at bullying its neighbors. Whenever the Dalai Lama (exiled from Tibet) visits the United States of America (USA) or the West, the commies are relatively silent. Instead to express their displeasure seems like they ship poison toys, food, and wallboards to the USA and the West. However whenever this religious leader visits an Asian nation, the finger wagging from the commies begin with the associated condemnation.

The communist in Beijing react the same with exiled Rebiya Kadeer a Uighur (Uyghur from Xinjiang western China) visit a regional nation. Rebiya Kadeer currently is a resident of the USA. Her recent visit to the Melbourne Film Festival in Australia resulted in a harsh rebuke from Beijing and computer hacking into the Festivals computers and website.

These two people seem to represent a burr in the saddle to the communist in Beijing. It is rather humorous and mysterious that the leaders of a nation of over 1.3 billion people should be so concerned about the travels of two harmless people, one being a man of religion, the other an exiled elderly mother.

The travels of the Dalai Lama seem to be a source of irritation for the Beijing communist. When he travels to an Asian nation, sure condemnation will be forthcoming from Beijing. How is it when the Dalai Lama visited Mao Zedong in China, that visit was greeted respectfully? Double standard? Could it be the communist are upset the Dalai Lama is visiting other nations but not China?
