Johnny Somali jail time in South Korea

The Ugly American, Johnny Samali (Ramsey Khalid Ismail), clowning in South Korea.   He traveled around South Korea making videos for his social media accounts.  Many of which show him harassing South Korean people and their culture. 

Ramsey Ismael Khalid's (Johnny Somali) actions in South Korea include:

1. Splashing noodles in a convenience store.

2. Sat next to, and kissed a Comfort Women statue.

3. Pranced around the street, half naked and lewdly. 

The slob has been arrested and charged.  He has been sentenced to six months in jail for his insensitive actions to and in front of Comfort Women statues.  In the U.S.A. his ignorant behavior in reference to the statues would be protected under the First Amendment to the U.S.A. Constitution.  Guess what?  Americans do not enjoy the protections of the U.S.A. Constitution in another country. 

When traveling to another country observe their laws, culture, and sensitivity.  He apologized for his behavior claiming he was unaware of the sensitivity in reference to the statue. 

First:  His apology was not sincere. 

Second: If he was unaware, then why did he select that statue to perform his lewd behavior?
