This is a video observing some street signs that seem to be too obvious as to question their necessity.  However city bureaucrats demonstrate what we all know about the bureaucratic mind.

This bureaucratic silliness or illness can be found in communities all across the globe.  It must be systematic of being a bureaucrat.
