Ady Gil and the Faroes whaling knife

Ady Gil and the Faroes whaling knife

The criminal cult leader, Cosplay Watson of Sea Shepherd accused Ady Gil of having a whaling knife from the Faroe Islands.

Ady Gil is a devout animal welfare advocate.  Unlike Sea Shepherd who claims to care about the creatures of the oceans and continually seeks donations from their minions, Ady Gil figuratively puts HIS money where his mouth is.

Mr. Gil made a visit to the Faroe Island to see for himself the whaling activity there.  Because of his pleasant demeanor he was roundly accepted by the locals, including the whalers.  Cosplay Watson accused Ady Gil of returning to Los Angeles with a blood-thirsty whaling knife.

With a team from Japan we traveled to the Faroe Islands.  While there the good people presented me with two wonderful whaling knives.  We then traveled to Los Angeles to Ady Gil’s home and planted the knife with Ady’s knowledge in his home to make a video illustrating me discovering the planted knife.

The genesis of the disagreement between Ady Gil and Cosplay Watson in anchored in Ady Gil spending around one and a half million dollars to purchase a boat (MY Ady Gil) for Sea Shepherd to charter.  Sea Shepherd used the MY Ady Gil to harass the Japanese whalers in the Southern Ocean.

In the course of events in the Southern Ocean the vessel collided with the Japanese vessel Shonan Maru 2.  The nose of the MY Ady Gil was destroyed.  The damaged vessel was then towed by Sea Shepherd’s MY Bob Barker.  It is reported on orders from Cosplay Watson the tow line was detached to allow the MY Ady Gil to sink to the bottom of the ocean.

That order from Cosplay Watson gave birth to the ill feelings between Ady Gil and Cosplay Watson.  Subsequently Mr. Gil was awarded a monetary satisfaction in a law suit.  The monetary award nowhere nearly compensated Ady for the money he provided for the purchase of the MY Ady Gil.
